- Exercise In General [1-3 hrs per day]
- 300 Jumping Jacks
- About 30 Minutes of Walking
- 100 Squats
- 100 Lunges
- Running in Place for 5 Minutes
- 100 Kicks and 100 Punches

Cutting Out:
- Candy
- Cookies
- Chips
- Soda
- Fried or Greasy Food/Fast Food
- Full Dairy [Ice-Cream, For Example!]

Including in Diet:
- Fruits/Veggies [Especially Cabbage!]
- Boiled Water After A Meal
- 1 Glass of Water + Apple [If Hungry!]

Other(s):
- Cold Showers
- Yahoo Answers Info
- No Meal After 7:00 P.M.
- Do Not Skip Meals
- Extra Sleep
- Cleanse Face Daily
- Portion Control
