Hi. Try doing heavy weights, fewer repititions, try to achieve total muscle failure and get plenty of protein.
I wrestle and I am trying to build muscle too. If you are trying to get stronger then I've heard whey protein and weight lifting. Repetitions build strength but heavier weights less times makes bigger muscles. Just eat lots of protein and lift weights.
