Question: What recovery drink should I buy?
I'm looking for a good recovery drink or meal replacement that isn't too expensive! I was really interested in Shakeology but its only available in the USA or Canada :( Is there anything similar I can buy available in the UK?

Without a doubt Myoplex. Very good protein shakes and MRP's but they can be a little expensive. Go to a website that you can buy them in bulk because they are worth it, you'll find buying cheap drinks will just be a waste of money, they use bad quality products
The one with the most controlled evidence is Slimfast.
