Question: What are some healthy foods a college student who doesnt cook can buy?
Here are some ideas of healthy foods that can be used to prepare snacks or quick meals (I'm assuming you have a mini fridge as well):
-greek yogurt/plain nonfat yogurt (you can flavor it with a little honey)
-fresh fruits (apples, bananas, oranges, grapes, etc)
-lowfat cottage cheese
-whole grain bread\crackers
-all natural peanut butter (for sandwiches)
-oatmeal/whole grain cereals
-skim milk, soymilk, or almond milk
-raw almonds, walnuts, peanuts, etc
-sweet potatos/potatos )if you have access to a microwave, just poke some holes in it and microwave on high for about 3-4minutes)
-hummus dip (goes well with whole wheat crackers, carrot sticks, etc)
-string cheese/laughing cow cheese wedges
-energy bars/cereal bars for quick snacks
