If you don't have any gyms near you, go running outside. It's a little nicer out than it was before, so you shouldn't be too cold.
Fourth...Drink lots of water. No soda's or fruit drinks. If you need to, drink propel zero on your runs to help with you electrolytes in your body. It has no calories, so I don't think it will do damage.
Fifth...Wear sneakers. They are supportive so walking will be less painful. This is just sort of a comfort thing.
Sixth...Weigh yourself in the morning. This will show you your true weight.
Seventh...Eat a balanced diet. What I mean by this is to eat all food groups daily. Have 5-6 small meals a day, each about 200 calories. After you go to the gym, make sure you eat some meat, because the protein will help you. If you aren't getting the necessary vitamins and minerals your body needs, take a multi-vitamin.
