Question: How do you get really skinny?
How do I get slimmer in the tummy area without losing my hourglass shape(Which i already have and love too much to lose!) What will keep it nice and toned? ahhh help!

Chop off your fat.



changing your diet to only healthy foods is the best thing you can do and will ensure you will lose weight if combine with walking everyday especially.

you can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines and still lose fat naturally and gradually. You should lose 10lbs each month on average.

1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.


(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals ,,add a bit of olive oil and pepper, spices on top of steamed vegeatables, fish or chicken to add more taste if wish as these are healthy too.)



To reduce your tummy weight eat less white bread,pasta,right and potatoes!
the carbs bloat ur tummy making u look pregnant at some times! try eating brown bread & rice as an alternative! and foods that help shrink tummy fat is fruits such as brocolli & spinach!
A good idea is to drink green tea once a day! it works as an antioxidant and will loosen up and gases u have in ur belly and releave the bloated look! also works by breaking down and 'bad fats' ur stomache is holding onto and flushes them from your system! (green tea may taste disgusting but its benefits r well worth it)
also if u want to tone up ur muscles try stomach crunches! or standardsit ups! this willtone the muscle tho! and muscle can only be seen when there is minimal fat in that area!
