changing your diet to only healthy foods is the best thing you can do and will ensure you will lose weight if combine with walking everyday especially.

you can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines and still lose fat naturally and gradually. You should lose 10lbs each month on average.

1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.


(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals ,,add a bit of olive oil and pepper, spices on top of steamed vegeatables, fish or chicken to add more taste if wish as these are healthy too.)



If you want to, you can lose this weight in two months. Start by eating 1300 calories a day. No candy or junk food what-so-ever. No exceptions. Also, drink only water, no sodas or fruit juices or anything like that. Also, go to your local YMCA for one hour every day and use the grey machines with orange stripes. Sorry, I'm not sure of the name. Set the resistance high and go non-stop for the hour. It is low impact so you don't have to worry about injury and it burns calories quickly. To lose ten pounds is fairly easy if you stick to two vital keys to weight loss. One, a steady workout program and two, a diet plan. If you Incorporate the two you will be fine. I did and lost 35 pounds. Just make sure you go on a diet plan. Sometime just working out won't help. The proper food intake is essential. All the best to you Dom,

Watch how many calories you consume, how much fat you consume, and how much sugar you consume daily. If you lower each group by just a little bit, you will definitely lose weight!
