Will someone tell me the best way to shed some stomach fat

Answers:

I suggest you cut out your consumption of carbohydrates and don't drink any sodas and start walking 45 minutes every day

changing your diet to only healthy foods is the best thing you can do and will ensure you will lose weight if combine with walking everyday especially.

you can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines and still lose fat naturally and gradually. You should lose 10lbs each month on average.

1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.

(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals ,,add a bit of olive oil and pepper, spices on top of steamed vegeatables, fish or chicken to add more taste if wish as these are healthy too.)

It's all about calories in / calories out. If you use more calories than you take in then you will lose weight. So the trick is to take in less calories and burn more calories throughout the day. Diet/Exercise.

Keep track of the calories you take in over the day. Make a food log that has what you ate, how many calories were in it and and how many calories were from fat. You can find most of this information on http://www.calorieking.com/ - Try to keep your calories from fat under 30% of your total calorie consumption - e.g. I ate 2000 calories and 450 were from fat. 22.5 % of may calories came from fat so I'm good. The closer the fat intake is to 10% the better. See http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calcul… for information on exactly how many calories you should be eating total. Once you get the number of calories needed to maintain your present weight then subtract 500 from that number if you want to lose 1lb per week or subtract 1000 (if you think you can handle it) to try to lose 2lbs per week. Try to space out your meals so that you eat something every 3 hours or so. This will help keep your metabolism up.

Exercise! The more exercise, the more calories you burn and the closer you will be towards your goal. Start with 30 minutes of cardio 4 -5 days a week. Many doctors suggest 30 minutes of exercise everyday but start gradually and work your way up. You don't have to sprint for 30 minutes, just do something that will get your heart rate up - you can build intensity later. Choose exercises that use your larger muscles like your legs or chest. Walking/running, elliptical, and swimming are great options. Doing a bunch of sit ups will only build muscle in an area that is covered by belly fat and burns very few calories. Working out the bigger muscles will burn more calories and get you to your goal faster. - Don't go crazy with the sit ups thinking that will do a lot for you right now.

Be patient! A healthy goal is to lose about 2 lbs a week; any more than that and you risk malnutrition. It may take a while but it will be worth it!

As for what your weight goal should be - lose weight until you are happy with your image! Don't worry about a number because if you are happy with the way you look that's more important!

Good luck my friend! I hope this helps!

Start by eating 1300 calories a day. No candy or junk food what-so-ever. No exceptions. Also, drink only water, no sodas or fruit juices or anything like that. Also, go to your local YMCA for one hour every day and use the grey machines with orange stripes. Sorry, I'm not sure of the name. Set the resistance high and go non-stop for the hour. It is low impact so you don't have to worry about injury and it burns calories quickly. You could burn the 1300 calories or more if you really push yourself. Good Luck.

cardio...
nothing better than that to lose fat and of course we are what we eat, so you have to eat healthy too.

go run.
