Question: What are some healthy foods a college student who doesnt cook can buy?
ok so im a college student. i dont cook. i dont eat raw vegtables. i rarely eat just plain fruit. what are some healthy meals and snacks i can buy that don't require me to cook. i'm trying to lose weight. just looking for ideas.

Here are some ideas of healthy foods that can be used to prepare snacks or quick meals (I'm assuming you have a mini fridge as well):

-greek yogurt/plain nonfat yogurt (you can flavor it with a little honey)
-fresh fruits (apples, bananas, oranges, grapes, etc)
-lowfat cottage cheese
-whole grain bread\crackers
-all natural peanut butter (for sandwiches)
-oatmeal/whole grain cereals
-skim milk, soymilk, or almond milk
-raw almonds, walnuts, peanuts, etc
-pretzels
-sweet potatos/potatos )if you have access to a microwave, just poke some holes in it and microwave on high for about 3-4minutes)
-hummus dip (goes well with whole wheat crackers, carrot sticks, etc)
-string cheese/laughing cow cheese wedges
-energy bars/cereal bars for quick snacks
