Answers:

1500 calories
and try to workout, even at home, at least 30 minutes daily
and you will lose around 2 pounds per week (that's the safest way to lose weight)

I'd stick to anywhere around 1500-1700 calories, and do some exercise every day. It can be as simple as walking for an hour or two around your basement, or something.

Just make sure you don't starve yourself, make healthy choices, and drink plenty of water! People underestimate the value of being properly hydrated. Not only do you feel better, but your body functions better, which means that you have more energy, your body becomes regulated, and it's just a lot easier to lose weight.

Good luck!

Personal experience. I've lost 40 pounds.

Don't weight what you eat by calories, because many people think that calories are a bad thing. On the contrary, the word calorie means energy. You need to have enough calories for your body to continue. So other than that, I would look at portions of good, healthy food. If you are really stuck on counting calories, check the food labels for calories from fat. Calories from fat are the bad calories that most people believe are all calories. Monitor these amounts and you should do fine. I hope this helps.

Honey, let's help you get ready for beach season! I am a dietician you know!

Your BMR is 1815, but your SBMR is 400. Meaning: that if you want to stay as heavy as you are now, continue eating 1815 calories a day and don't move a muscle.

But your SBMR (Sexy Body Metabolic Rate) is 400 calories. Women who end up eating around this many calories a day end up having so much energy that they feel like they have to work out all the time in order to make sure that they stay awake!

Luckily, my abilities as a doctor have developed this special diet plan. Many women have followed my diet (Nicole Richie, Mary Kate Olson, etc.) you might say that I breed stars!

You want to be a star, don't you?

If you follow my plan, I just know that you will be the prettiest and most popular girl in town!

Hope this helps!

hello, I had a weight situation for ages that it was hopeless. I used to take all kinds of products. Till I stumpled upon these tips, at first I was a bit skeptical but there was nothing to lose and my self esteem was taking a turn for the worse so I felt I needed to tried it out. there was a bit of improvement for the first 2 weeks, but I was feeling good about myself. After going through that initial stage, which was great for my confidence, I worked on eating right to continue to keep the weight off. I couldn't be more happier. I hope I've provided good information: cyberloseweighttoday.tk

Find And prepare meals that keep you in the 1500-1700 calorie range per day, I like to eat a breakfast, then less than 3 hours later eat a snack, and then within 3 hours eat lunch. Repeat this process between lunch and dinner. Your final snack should be at least two hours before you go to bed, and all snacks should be between 70 and 100 calories, (fruit, granola, etc.)

Why can't you "do much" other than maybe hitting the gym once or twice a week? Even on my packed schedule and limited physical ability I'm still in the gym six days a week.
