I wish I could remove your cravings. You are trying to change your body mass, and it requires that you change habits. since you are used to eating junk food, your body is sending signals to your brain to give it what it wants. You need to prove to your body that it belongs to you and doesn't own you. It's hard, but eventually you'll stop craving it. Your brain is smarter and has power over your body.

You have to be in control, not your impulses and addictions. simple, but not easy. Just do it.

This is hard, but they say cravings only last for about 15 min. then they tend to go away. During the craving, keep yourself occupied. Drink water, chew gum, eat something nutritious, go for a jog, anything to get your mind off of the craving. Your body is craving the junk food because that is what you are used to eating. Once you haven't had it in awhile, your body wont crave it anymore. I know it's hard, but it will get better as long as you stick to it and be tough! You can do this!

There are plenty of Nabiscos 100 calorie snacks that are good. Other 100 calorie snacks are doritos, popcorn, twix 100 calorie candy bar, bite sized candy bars all in your grocery store. My favorite are the Pringles BBQ Potato chips which contain no fat, Very Delicious and you can have as many as you want! But you still want to get to the proper nutrition in, fruits and all of that. I'm almost 4 months into my diet and everyday is a battle, but one tip that helps me loose weight faster is to get all my meals and snacks in early usually before 4:30 or 5pm.

I find the third day to always be the hardest. Trust me it gets better, and if you let it it gets really really good.... and (ofc depending on your diet) soon enough you will feel so much better eating healthy and once you eat the fatty stuff you'll realise how bad it is .. your body will tell you :)

Me Myself and I

your just going through withdraw from the ridiculouse amounts of fat and sugar
it will go away, and in a few of weeks you wont even miss it. I havent touched fried/fast foods in 5 months and it honesty sickens me when my roomate brings in french fries and I smell them.

It's gonna happen, statistically speaking the 3rd or 4th day into a diet is going to be the hardest. You just gotta suppress it. You can make it. Get past this and the rest will be easy.
