Question: I want to eat healthy and lose weight?
i am 16
5' 5'
130 lbs

i want to go down to 110. save your lectures for someone else cuz im just looking for answers not advice.

give me healthy meals for the whole day:
7:00 breakfast
10:00 mid-morning snack
1:00 lunch
4:00 mid-afternoon snack
7:00 dinner

the best suggestion gets 10 points

try to make everything add up to 1600 calories or less. thanks.

Answers:

You should start breakfast with a carb of some sort, to help give you energy for the day. This could be oatmeal and a fruit, or half a whole wheat bagel with peanut butter on it.
For snack maybe a piece of fruit or some raisins and crackers. This can apply for both snacks.
Lunch should include another carb and some protein.
Dinner should be lean meat, vegetable, and a starch.

Change it up, though, or you'll get bored.



I reccomend eating:
7:00- semen
10:00- semen
1:00- semen
4:00- semen
7:00- semen

It's fat free, and it fills you up!

Any time is semen time.
