except for being incredibly hard, it wouldn't do your body any good. there is no way you could sustain burning 1000 calories which only getting 100-200 calories for longer than a day. you have to remember that calories bring energy and you'll need the energy to burn off the calories, you would have no energy resources to burn the calories and probably end up collapsing. also when you do start to eat normally again, your body will cling on to every single fat/sugar/carb you put into it so you'll put all the weight back on.

dieter :)

hello, I've been having this overweight issue since I cant remember. I used to take all kinds of pills but nothing seem to work. Till a friend show me these tips, at first I was a bit skeptical but there was nothing to lose and my self esteem was taking a turn for the worse so I felt I needed to tried it out. I saw some results after 2 weeks, but I felt great. After that first drop of weight, which was so uplifting, I started to develop good eating habit so I could continue to keep off the fat. I can't remember that last time I was this light. Here's the site: http://www.quickloseweighthome.tk

sounds like a very bad idea, do it slower and be patient.Best of luck.

^Listen to the person above me. I agree:)
