Question: Can I lose weight off meals like this?
Breakfast: 1/2 c raspberry yogurt, 1/4 c bran cereal, 1 c milk, 1/4 banana, 2 pieces of cantoloupe
Lunch: A donut (I know that sounds gross, but it was the only thing there!) I usually do not eat that
3:30 snack: 1/2 sandwich with tomatoes, hummus, cucumbers, olives, pesto, and whole wheat bread, 1 Nature Valley granola bar
at 5:00: 1 banana, 1 pear, 1/2 c bran cereal w/ milk
7:45: Salad, 1/2 serving pasta
Can I lose weight off of that? Also, I usually would not eat the donut, but I wanted to be accurate with saying what I ate today.
For exercise today, I walked for 30 min, and did about 100 reps in ab workouts.

cut out the doughnut and yesss, sounds like a healthy diet. as long as all the grain/wheat is 'whole' and you continue to eat all the other healthy stuff your eating
The raspberry yogurt? I don't know. The Nature Valley granola bar, I don't know. Bran cereal? Not so well if the protein level was low or there's BHT as a preservative in it. The rest sounds alright.
Yes..just put away the pasta and donut. Any kind of pasta is fat and i recomend you white rice with vegetables. :) and lots of could water
