Is this possibly anorexia?!


Question: Is this possibly anorexia?
I have only eaten.... 260 calories so far and I dont plan on eating much more. Ive also been working out alot.. Jogging 10-15 minutes, walking/ running almost 20 minutes, and rode my bike about 40 minutes.... I have a sudden obsession with calories, and exercise... I dont want to exceed 270 calories and I want to burn off more..

It does, (depending on age) females are meant to eat 2000 calories... that's a lot of exercise, and if you don't eat enough, there will be lots of side affects. Very active women are meant to eat as much as (I'm pretty sure) active teenage boys (not what they eat, how much they eat)



that is horrible you need to eat more calories. If you keep eating that little calories your food will start storing them and when you eat you will gain double the weight that you are loosing
