Foods for leaner abs?!


Question: Foods for leaner abs?
I have a body fat percent of 13.8% and I have decent abs. I do about 8 hours of hard exercise weekly.

Some days you can see the 6 different muscles stand out and others you can just say the outline of them all. I do crunches and different exercises usually every day. I also do lots of pushups to tone my body. I know that the most important thing is your diet, so what do I eat?

And what else can I do to help it?

im pretty much in the same boat as you. but i like to drink water instead of drinks with more sugar n stuff. also cutting down on fatty foods, cookies, pizza, all that stuff. i try to only eat bad foods for dessert and just snack on fruit n stuff. so ya hope that helps

well the visibility is based off hydration
your abs will be more sharp if you dont drink much water, like under 1cup a day, but this is unhealthy
your abs will look softer if you drink more water which is better for you
and me being in my shape and the average fitness of the rest of the world, you are in superb shape
