Don't worry so much! If you've only been at it a week, no wonder the diet hasn't become habit yet. Definitely stick with it, it will get easier!!

Make sure you allow for some sweets in your diet. Dark chocolate is actually really good for you--it has antioxidants in it and is good for your heart. It's actually recommended you eat a little bit every day. If you don't like dark chocolate, you can also eat milk chocolate, but eat less of it. Maybe if you let yourself eat a piece of chocolate every day at a certain time, you'll look forward to that, and feel less like you have to binge!

But seriously, dieting is absolutely not easy so don't be down on yourself. Everybody messes up. You just have to keep trying!

WOAH WOAH WOAH. You're 15, and not even over-weight? Okay, back up on everything I said. It's FINE. Your body is made to metabolize that ****! As long as you eat healthy the rest of the time, there's no reason not to celebrate a little when you're with a friend. NOW is the time to do it! You sound like you're the perfect weight, just keep active and healthy and don't be so hard on yourself!

Sorry if this is long, but I feel every possibility should be explored. Do you do this often? Binge eat on sweets and chocolate or junk food. If you do and you feel out of control, it would be considered compulsive over-eating disorder. It doesn't sound like it if you have the control to diet. Also, this could really hurt your diet, depending on how much you've been eating. The source of the problem is probably your diet. Did you start dieting suddenly and just quit 'cold turkey'? If this is the case, it was most likely the sudden change of diet that increased your cravings. What I would suggest is that you start a new diet and slowly drop the chocolate, sweets, and such. Each day eat a little piece of chocolate for about a week and then stop eating chocolate. This will make it much easier to stay away from the chocolate. Best of Luck to You.

stay strong! so you binged once nobody is perfect. next time you want to do it though think of how bad you feel now and ask yourself if it is really worth it :)

...you lost 5 lbs of water weight? You do realize that just comes back when you know...drink stuff?
You have to accept you made a mistake and keep going.
