if i eat normal one day out of my diet, will i gain weight?!

Question: If i eat normal one day out of my diet, will i gain weight?
i have been on a consistent 1200 calorie diet for about a month but i was wondering if it would be okay if i ate normal one day out of the week or is this something that i shouldnt do?

Answers:

Simple mathematics. If you consume more then you burn you gain weight. If you consume less then you burn you lose weight. If you are going to cheat a little bit, which is perfectly fine, than do cardio or another form of excercise to burn off what you have consumed.

It depends how much you take on that one day. Normal to me is like ice cream for breakfast, chips as snacks, steak and hot chips for lunch and so on. You will gain weight but you could just burn it off by doing maybe 30 situps or squats. (: but I would say it would be alright to take one day off your diet.

That depends on how you define "normal". If you have an eating disorder and you think 10,000 calories a day is "normal" you'll gain all of the weight back. If you continue to eat in a healthful way, you won't gain weight.

It might help if you do eat normal for a day, so your body won't become stagnant with your 1200 calorie diet and plateau.

yes bcuz ur a cheater

stfu

sigh..........no, you won't.
