I overate for the second day in a row.?!

Question: I overate for the second day in a row.?
I am trying to lose weight and have lost 14 pounds as of right now. I exercise 4-5 times a week, and keep my calories at about 1200. But, yesterday, and today I went over. i'm not sure how much I went over yesterday, but today I am probably at 1400 give or take a little.

I feel horrible. What can I do to make myself feel better about this, and keep it from happening again?

Answers:

Most people need about 2000 calories so you'll still be burning fat. And it isn't the end of the world even if to go over 2000. Remember, muscle needs more calories to maintain it than fat so the more muscle you get, the more fat you burn.

Now your body will store those extra calories once you diet again because it senses that you're intaking less food and it conserves and burns less calories. So your 2 day pigout probably just cost you a whole month of dieting just to get back to even again. Think about that next time you pigout. Don't think "Damn it I screwed today up". Think "Damn it, I screwed the entire month up".

Your mind is more powerful than your body. Therefore distinguish whether eating any given meal/proportion is a WANT of the body, or is a shall we say logical bodily NEED, which your mind agrees with. Watch the video I included. It is a famous sports psychologist who discusses goals. Highly entertaining & valuable.
think 'mind over matter'.

well a female naturally burns 2000 calories daily so if you ate 1400 calories then you'd lose an extra 600 calories without exercising, but you DID exercise so either way you'd lose weight, with or without exercising. so you have nothing to worry about.

well first oof all we dont know you fisique but who the f***cares! if you go over by 200 calories its not a big deal just make sure thats not big mals 1 or 2 times a day eat small meal trough out the day like 5 or 6 times

thats life, you're not perfect

All you can do is move on and if it mentally makes you feel better run an extra 10 minutes on the treadmill...
