Why is life so diffucult for me?!?!


Question: Why is life so diffucult for me?!?
I feel like im just in a constant struggle! I want to be strong for lax season so i work out a lot...then i have to stay up until twelve getting all my homework done...then i don't even get to eat what i want because my life goal is just to be really skinny...then i feel deprived and binge all weekend like it's the first time ive eaten in years...... this has been going on for so long and it just seems like ive been trying extrordinarily hard and yet literally everybody i know is doing better than me at everything! How do you do it!!???!??!?!

say out loud to your self "thank you for making me feel this way but can u give me 3 other ways to feel better" then say three things u would like to do it can be anything any as long as it makes u happy. for example, go to the beach, go to a concert of your favorite band, and go on a trip to a place u alwys wanted to go. try to be detailed and try to use different ones but if u rely like something u can use it over and over.
say this all out loud cuz what u r doing is talking to your subconscious and training it to think positive.

as for stauing skinny eating healthy and working out is the only way. if u don't eat your body will stop burning and store fat cuz it thinks u need it to survive cuz it is not getting any new fuel.

working out is grate just don't overdo it. When u work the right technique is the most important thing. Like if u r doing sit ups and can only do 15 with the correct technique it is better than doing 25 incorrect ones.

life is not ez some of us have it harder than others. Try to enjoy as much as u can.

ps sum curves on a girl is what most guys want there is definitely plenty of girls who are to skinny and guy like confidence also. hope u find something that helps

Being reallly skinny is not healthy. Strive to be fit, not skinny.

Also, there are a lot of people in worse situations right now. Being skinny is their least concern. In fact, the worry about how to eat is more like it. Be glad that "not being really" skinny is your worst worry.
