my dad lost 4kg for not eating for 4days. hows this true?

Answers:

Obviously everyone is different but eating stimulates the metabolism which breaks food down into energy rather than storing it as fat. If you do not eat for long enough your body will start to conserve energy. The body takes measures to keep you alive if the starvation period continues by storing up fat that can later be converted to energy. I think this is also why you're supposed to exercise before breakfast so that the calories you burn are from fat not from the energy released from food. But everyone's body's work in different ways I'm not sure there's a definitive answer.



he has more muscle then you. muscle burns calories. what does he do to get exercise? do you exercise? how much muscle do you have? can you lift as much as him?



It is not true. Common human only live 28 days without but only drink water. Try to eat carrot and any other uncooked food natural like fruit such as banana, avocado etc.

Your body doesn't get any food so it looks for every so it eats your fat and your muscles depending on how skinny you are and the amour of fat trans fat saturated fat and muscle you have.
