Question: Too much exercise? will I gain muscle weight from exercising?
I am trying to lose weight Is there such thing as doing too much exercise? I want to lose weight not gain muscle..
I exercise dailyy Jogging and Tracy Anderson tape but don't want to over do It??!
will I gain muscle from this?
I eat about 700 calories a day

YOU ARE DOING IT WELL, you wont gain weight, thats cardio and you cant gain weight w 700 calories per day... just drink water, water, water, eat 3 times a day



first off eating 700 calories is not good. To loose weight you need to eat about 1500 calories of healthy food per day. eating too little will have your body go into starvation mode and you will gain fat instead of losing it. Secondly if you're a girl you won't gain huge muscle UNLESS you're taking testosterone or doing body building. The fact is is that women don't have testosterone and that hormone makes muscle building faster, which is why men are usualy more physically strong than women. They can build muscle fast. All in all you're fine but you need to eat more calories. The key is not calories but calories from fat.



Your not eating enough to tone up and gain muscle... Protein protein protein... Shakes, meat such as chicken and tuna... I would do about 1200 a day and whatever you want to weigh... Eat that i'n grams of protein.. Fur example if you wanna weigh 120 pounds.. Eat 120 grams of protein a day..makes sure your drinking tons of water... I used to drink a gallon a day when i trained ( I'm a female cagefighter)



Your not eating enough. Any weight you lose you will gain again if you start eating a normal amount and you will lose muscle instead of fat. Bring your calories up to 1200 and do 30 minutes of hard exercise a day and you WILL lose weight.I promise :)



Nope, unless you are drinking protein shakes. Just keep the cardio workout going, compared to a lot of weightlifting.
