how NOT to lose weight with cardio?!

Question: How NOT to lose weight with cardio?
There are SOOO many info on losing weight with cardio,
but I do NOT want to lose weight! I do lots of biking and rowing exercises
and I have lost over 25 pounds over 3 months before, which is not what I want.

I'm pretty skinny so I'd rather put on some muscle instead but I have very limited
time for lifting exercises. How do I maintain or build muscle with cardio?

Answers:

Your best bet is to try HIT (High intensity interval training). You will gain muscle from this type of workout, but you will also burn fat, but this is the best way to gain muscle by doing cardio. Eat at least 30 grams of lean protein after doing this because your body will be in demand of amino acids, and you don't want it to take up other resources, making you lose weight. This type of workout usually consists of doing the highest possible intensity cardio in intervals of rest for between 10 to 15 minutes. Look it up on google. Good exercises consist of hitting a heavy bag, or sprinting. This is opposed to doing long jogs, or other light cardio over long periods of time. Doing longer cardio workouts will cause your body to use your muscle for resources and cause you to lose muscle... Also don't worry about eating too much protein. It will not make you fat

It is well known that long cardio workouts will make one lose muscle, unless some type of anticardiobic is supplemented
