Question: I was thinking to take creatine powder Plz help?
I'm 19 years old, working out from about 10 months but I was not gaining a lot of muscle or weight even by using the whey protein, my question is does the creatine gives you a real power while training does it effect on your muscle mass and what if I STOPPED using it do i will lose power and muscle mass

you cycle creatine on and off.. take for 6-8 weeks then get off for 5 weeks..
you will only loss a little strength when u come off..
it helps u lift heavier and gives your muscles more pump.. and size....
drink alot of water when u take it..
