Did I have anorexia? ?!


Question: Did I have anorexia? ?
I used to eat like this but now I have some sense and I eat normally. I was just
wondering, did I just... eat a little amount, or was this an anorexic amount?

breakfast was a bowl of low cal cereal
lunch was a sandwhich -low cal bread and a little meat in it, and some water
a snack was a 100 calorie yogurt
dinner was like...soup or salad or something, and some water.
if I felt hungry after that (and I always did) I chewed a piece of sugarless gum, then worked out.

no, i think when you get anorexia you hate every food or drinks, this just a Periods of time, collected to your mood,enviroment or stress from the study or the work you have , be relax passed this period, you 'll recovered

You are not anorexic, just health and weight conscious, there is nothing wrong with eating healthy. As long as you eat all the food groups or take vitamins for ones that you are missing then you are not anorexic. Anorexic people usually just drink water and feel guilty if they eat anything. They also think they are fat when they are not. Look at yourself in the mirror and if your bones are not all showing and you are a normal weight for you age and height then I would say you are not anorexic.



Not quite anorexic, but you were leading down the path to it.

Aneroxia is horrible.. it kills, and it is a serious eating disorder. if you ever feeling like eating like that again, please, get some help. anorexia has horrible effects.. even if you survive it, later on down the road you will have major complications.



no, anorexics only eat VERY little, like they might have two crackers a day and claim that they're done. however you're just eating a healthy meal (:



probably, i mean i depends on your age. teens should eat a lot more than younger kids. just remember to get 9-13 servings of fruit and veggies a day!
