Is this a healthy breakfast?!

Question: Is this a healthy breakfast?
im trying to maintain my weight and not be so obsessive with calories like i use to be; instead just eat healthy...

i had:
1 piece whole wheat cinnamon raisin Ezikel Bread with 1 tablespoon organic peanut butter with 1/2 banana
along with 1 cup plain nonfat greek yogurt mixed with truvia and a bunch of berries and a handful of fiber one cereal..
and of course, water.

how does this sound?

Answers:

Sounds good to me.

I am not very familiar with that brand of bred exactly but a lot of whole wheat breads add high fructose corn syrup to make them more soft and sweet. This is the worst chemical that is allowed to be in our food. If you bread has this, find one that does not! Check your peanut butter for sugar. Peanut butter contains healthy fats that are great for your body. But they also have sugar added. Organic is good but there are also natural peanut butters that are just peanuts with no sugar added. And most upscale grocery stores have make your own peanut butter machines where you grind the peanuts yourself in a machine. It is as fresh as you can get, healthy and tastes great.

Banana=good.

Greek yogurt = super good. I love greek yogurt. But instead of using a sweetener you should use raw honey. It is superfood with lots of benefits for your digestion. Make sure it is raw!

Berries = good.

Check your cereal for sugar or corn syrup! I think over 5-6g of sugar per serving is too much. Try some organic granola instead.

Water = super good.

What you are eating is already better than what most people eat, but make the chages I mentioned and you have a rock star breakfast. Good Luck!

wow! i have problems controllin ,y self too but dw
this id great
but remember that you need a balanced diet
a bit of friut, veg, meat wheat etc
to lose weight if you just eat this kind of stuff it could effect you
nit telling you to stop this
but to include other food throughout the day

It's perfectly healthy! But maybe instead of water, some milk or orange juice.
