I've been told that jumping helps increase ones height . I'm also told that stretching is helpful . Can you tell me what is the most effective way to increase ones height ? :)

Answers:

Majority of you height is decided in your genetic makeup. However some environmental factors can attribute:

1. you need a minimum 8 hours sleep a day
2. A healthy balanced diet with sufficient nutrients help you grow
3. Exercise. People who are exercise buffs generally are taller and stronger due to bone lengthening and release of hormones.

personal training

90% of your height is decided before birth by your genetic code... environment/nutrition plays a small role but that is more a case of you may not grow to your full height potential if you are malnurished or diseased etc.. as long as you get enough to eat and take care of yourself.. there is nothing you can do to make yourself taller... You CAN however increase your vertical jump height by working out and practicing the correct basketball drills.

Humm, Can't say for sure that jumping will make you taller. However, I have also heard about ways to grow taller through different stretches. I know for a fact that I read an article about that recently how correct posture and yoga exercises could help you grow taller. It is by naturally activating your (HGH) hormones with repeated exercises. Working out a sweat has never been so gratifying once you know that remember to keep a straight posture especially when your the driver. ( some car seats tend to be inconfortable. ) Visit http://www.growtaller4smarts.biz to learn more this blog is awesome for finding tips to grow taller.

I am not sure if jumping increases Height. But i know that during the day when you are standing up
Gravity pushes down on your spine so you shrink. But during the night when you are lying down Gravity cannot push down on your spine so it stretches.
So if you want to get taller. Be sure to get lots of sleep

True sleeping.then do stretching right after you wake up :)

sleeping , just when you are sleeping your produce the growth hormone , so sleep now
