Okay so im 14, havent started my period yet, but have all the symptoms. Anyways i still kinda have that baby belly...no not when your pregnant....when your younger. haha i have been doing crunches/situps for a long time...and in the past like 2-3 weeks ive been eating a bit less...but its not going away. I need to get a smaller stomach by summer!!

im 14 too , and trying to loose my baby fat before the summer.
what helps me is to RUN or atleast walk. it really really helps,
also just eat healthy and you should be skinny by the summer !
gooood luck (:

changing your diet to only healthy foods is the best thing you can do and will ensure you will lose weight if combine with walking everyday especially.

you can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines and still lose fat naturally and gradually. You should lose 10lbs each month on average.

1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.

(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals ,,add a bit of olive oil and pepper, spices on top of steamed vegeatables, fish or chicken to add more taste if wish as these are healthy too.)

Go on a fast for a week.... that will reset your metabolism and you will lose weight. Research it first though, don't just dive in. You need to have a week of no work (or school) and try to use that time to better the physical, mental and ultimately the spiritual.

Good luck!

u need more cardio exercise.... 3-4 days a week
for 30-40 mins a session..

and also eating a better diet.. less sugars, white flour... carbs.. and eat more proteins...

ab crunches only tone and tighten the stomach.. thats all they do... do them everyother day for 5-10 mins

Just start doing situps, and running helps alot tooo...
