Would this be a healthy lunch?!


Question: Would this be a healthy lunch?
i wanna try making my own tortilla chips..
so for lunch i was going to bake a whole wheat tortilla in the oven (cut up in tortilla chip forms) with nothing on them except a spray of PAM so it doesnt stick to the pan
along with 2 tbls of salsa and 1 serving of tuna fish mixed with mustard and greek yogurt with a side of fresh veggies.

instead of the tuna i might have pan grilled salmon instead..

would this be a healthy lunch? i wanna incoorperate tortilla chips somehow..

im trying to maintain my current weight

Very well, leave tortilla chips as they are high in sodium, which will keep you bloated for a short while.
