P90X workouts advice please?!


Question: P90X workouts advice please?
On the second phase of P90X I need to change Mondays workout (chest/shoulders) with Wednesdays workout (back/biceps) due to not being able to use a pull up bar on a Wednesday. Will this affect results much?
I thought it might be ok anyway as you do back on Friday as well so there would be more recovery time for the back.

Well the great thing about that program is the ability to modify it to your fitness, and to whats available to you. I would prefer a pull up bar, but resistance bands can be just as effective if your doing pulls downs instead of pull ups, but make sure you hold the pull down to contract the muscle, cause the workout is different but as effective with a resistance band.

But you should be able to do Chest/shoulders/tris on wednesdays. You are still mixing it up.
