How to eat when trying to get ripped?!


Question: How to eat when trying to get ripped?
Do i still eat like how the weight loss method is ( eat less calories than I Burn) Or is it a differnt method

Okay, I definitely am not ripped or trying to get ripped, because I'm a girl....however; I do have a boyfriend and he is trying to get ripped as well; and it's working!

Pretty much you want to do the opposite of what you're thinking right now. Eat lots of food; not really junky food, but stuff with fat and protein and a good lot of calories is good; but you can't just sit around, otherwise it turns to fat.
But if you consume a lot of calories, and then work out a whole bunch; then what would be turning to "fat" turns to muscle instead!

So my suggestion; drink protein shakes, which you can find a your local health food store; eat lots of protein, consume lots of calories, and eat things with fat. (more saturated fat then trans. fat though, because trans. fat is really bad for you!)
