Question: Will this give me a six pack?
If i do as many push ups and sit ups like 150 of each everyday or more for a month and a half will i get a six pack? what else can i do to get a six pack i need to get ripped fast and what should i eat?

Answers:

To get a six pack, it is important to not just only do muscle building, but to do cardio as well. If you have any fat over the muscle, you won't be able to see the six pack. Things like bike riding, running, cross training, stair climbing, or anything that gets your heart rate up.

Sit ups and push ups are good exercise. If you have a chin up bar, which can be purchased for like $15, you can do leg lifts and other good ab exercise.

Eat low fat foods, but a lot of protein to gain muscle.
