Rice cakes are a low fat+carb+cal food that is cheap and really yummy with peanut butter. Eat a couple with 8oz of water about 30 min. before your meals. The rice cakes expand in your stomach so you feel full faster. This is good for portion control. Also gentle diuretics like coffee or diurex pills will help you shed some water weight that may make you feel bloated. Run or power walk daily. They also make elastic bands that you can put around your stomach to enhance targeted weight loss. The cheapest ones I've seen are at Ross. They increase body temp in that area while your working out. A REALLY FUN way to trim your entire waste line is belly dancing! It is a sexy hobby and you can feel the burn! I've done all of these things and have seen results. Good luck!
and P.S. Your thirteen so use that extra "young people" energy to create a good routine for yourself.

You can't just do 30 everyday, you have to increase the number you do. After awhile, you will develop muscles from doing 30, but then your body will get used to it. For best results, you keep increasing the number you do, by day, week, etc.; something like that. When you feel the burn, that means it's working ;)

Because your body it use to 30 sit ups every day. You should up your reps number by 10 ever week or the Resistance or so. It called the plateau. Im sure you notice that 30 sits up are getting kinda easy now. It easy because the muscle or devolop to handle 30 sits ups. Its time to push harder and destroy those abs for results. :)

Increase sets and reps every time you do them...and when you feel the burn you know it's working.
Google some other good ab exercises and you have to eat healthy to see results!
And get lots of rest of course

Good diet and exercise to cut out any fat! and also focus on crunches and swimming for a good ab workout
