How do I loose weight fast!?!


Question: How do I loose weight fast!?
Im not a skinny girl bunt I'm not fat either I have a bit of a stomachs and I eat 3 times a day enclosing snacks like chips candy etc for my meals I usually eat meat, Mac and cheese, tuna fish, sandwiches, Maccoroni, etc in school I always have frence fries they I've you about 50 of them I'd say I eat about half! I dot excersize often because it's cold outside and I only have a treadmill that's broken so I don't know what to do help please I'm gonna say right now I don't like salad unless it's a Cesar salad from mcdonalds I dot eat fruit at all and I have mostly every vegetable .

Eat healthy. Cut chips and candy out all together along with POP and sugary juice. It's good to drink healthy juice, but not an artifical juice.
Drink lot's of water
You can exercise, just because it's cold out...you can do in home exercises that will work. You can do sit ups, crunches, or if you have a big spot in your home, sprint to the wall, then sprint back to the other wall. Then after like 20 seconds take a 5 second break....then go for 30 seconds..then a 10 second break, ect.
Bundle up and go to the park, and walk or jog. On a scale of 1-10 of your exercise, you should be a 5-7 for walking / jogging ect. Not too hard but challenging.
Just exercsie. Eat healthy, do it right. Don't eat the french fries at your school...and pack your own lunch. Pack like a bottle of water, healthy nuts, a healthy sandwhich, pack of crackers, fruitbars, little bag of oats ( cereal ), ect.
Just make sure to eat healthy...and get lot's of exercise...and rest at night 7-9 hours.



well you can excercise in your own home for example starjumps are a really good excercise also a wii fit is really good to help you. As for food youll have to start getting used to salads as they are good for you. Cut down on the fries as they r really really bad for u. Also if your feeling a bit hungry between meals drink water. it fills you up and its good for you. most people have way below how much water they're supposed to have. Talk to your doctor if you want more advice.



workout and eat better. dont do anything stupid like puking. do it the healthy way.



Go out an exercise.
