Question: How to get a flat belly by spring break? - thks ya :)?
i just wanna lsoe my belly fat adn confidently wear a bikini 4 firts time in my life. i dislike sports tho but any tips or ideas would b amazin- thk u! <3

cardio of your preference...at LEAST 30 min. a day....its not really that hard if you can find something you like.

i really like turbo jam because its at home, relatively quick and easy to follow with major results that keep you wanting to do more.

and for abs p90x is starting to give me results i never thought possible after 2 kids...

stop eating added sugar...and try to limit sugars...slowly. no sodas, for one...is a good start. you'll see results by cutting sodas and sugary drinks (starbucks mochas) alone. replace sodas and sugary drinks with plain water...add a squeeze of lemon or lime...thats really good for you too. :)

eat all the veggies you want...everything else like breads, pastas, cereals (what most people eat constantly throughout the day) limit yourself...half of what you would normally eat. fruits are good, but don't go overboard...try to eat more berries and melon...though apples and oranges are good. variety is key with fruits!

no fast food...its absolutely awful for your body.


it sounds hard...and for the first two weeks trying to quit fast food for me, at least, was...but its a lifestyle change for a healthier...and often more attractive...YOU. you are worth the effort.



I found that joining a gym is the best thing you can do. Why? Because at the gym you have cardio workouts (elliptical trainer, treadmill, stationary bike etc.) you have free weights, and you have machines that focus on specific areas of the body, much like what you said. If joining a gym is out of the question, buy workout DVDs like Jillian Michael's' 30 day shred series is awesome!
