Can I break up my workouts and get the same affect?!


Question: Can I break up my workouts and get the same affect?
I want to work out an hour a day. But, it's hard for me to do a complete hour on a treadmill at one time. So, I was wondering if I could get the same affect by breaking my work out into two 30 minute workouts?

Answers:

YES! Most definitely! As long as you are high impact for BOTH workouts, you get the same outcome (:



You could but the key is getting your heart rate up and sustaining it for a certain amount of time.
