I'll ask again, more descriptive with points to the best answer.?!

Question: I'll ask again, more descriptive with points to the best answer.?
First off, I'm a female who is 20 years old, 5'2 and 175 pounds. Over weight, yes I know this. Rude comments won't bother me. Anyway, I was wondering if losing 30-40 pounds in 6-8 months was a good goal to set? I've already stopped eating so much fast food as well as carbs, and sodas. All I drink now is water. I have P90, and I'm trying to walk/jog every day, or at least whenever I can. I know i've asked this before, but I didn't put in a good description. Any how, what else can I do to help me lose this? Thanks guys, it means a lot.

Also, I don't want to have shakes/pills etc. Nothing like that, I want it all natural.

Answers:

Yeah I believe that if you truly worked hard to reach your goal that you can lose the weight in that amount of time. I'm glad you cut out sodas, because that's one of the first things you are supposed to do when trying to lose weight. Don't get any calories from what you drink, so only drink water, but the occasional glass of milk is needed for calcium and other nutrients. Avoid fast food, and try to cut it out almost completely. It takes 21 days to form a habit, so if you can last 3 weeks and get in the jist of exercising, then you can certainly do that. Don't eat until you are full, eat just enough to ward off the hunger and eat only when you are hungry. Keep up with the walking/jogging, but also try to go to the gym as well. Pilates and yoga are good, but if you have dancing classes, that is an excellent way of burning calories. WHen you are working out, make sure you work up a sweat and have an elevated heartbeat every time, or else it's not a work out. and try for 3, kind-of-strenuos, 1 hour workouts each week. Because people actually lose more weight when they take breaks from exercising than people who exercise all the time. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables but try to keep away from carbs, instead. try to buy whole grains (be sure to read the label to see if it has high fructose corn syrup or unnatural sugars and ingredients)
I hope this helps a bit and good luck, but I'm sure you're a beautiful person as you are now
