A few questions about losing weight on lower body?!


Question: A few questions about losing weight on lower body?
Im trying to lose weight without gaining muscle on my stomach, hips, thighs, butt and legs below my knee.

1. Is Cardio workouts the best way to lose weight in the area that i way?

2. If so what is the best Cardio machine to do the job? Treadmill, Elliptical and Stationary Bike or any other?

3. Do you know of any website that sells these machines for a reasonable price?

Answers:

Well it's not so bad to work on your lower body with weights. Muscle shapes it and firms it or else it'll be all spongy and wobbly lol
If your a guy I recommend squatting, it doesn't have to be loaded with weight but something decent. if your a female well yes those machines work and you can find them for 300 or slightly less in wal mart or cotsco? Subscribe yourself to a gym it's much cheaper :)
