Fist see what your cal intake is by eating as normal and recording the cal intake for the day for about a week. After you get that adverage cut the number by 400 cal. keep lowering down as you loose weight. I wouldnt recomend going below 1000 a day. if you take in 3500 cal the take only 3100. do this for a week or two then drop another 400 to 2900 and so on you will loose the most in the 1st month and if you stop loosing weight at a certain number thats when its time to lower it again. This will get you used to eating smaller portions and here is a hint(eat good filling foods) Green beans are great if you need a snack. Good luck. PS this works kind of like weight watchers without the points.
