16 years old and 140 some lbs?!


Question: 16 years old and 140 some lbs?
Welp, I am 16 years old and i weigh about 140 some lbs and i really wanna get back down to 120 or just flatten my belly so what are some of the best work outs i can do to flatten my belly out the fastest i mean i know its gonna take time and all i just wanna make the most progress in the shortest amount of time that i possibly can so help?

Answers:

Loosing your stomach fat is the hardest to do. Honestly its all about what you eat. Don't work out your stomach to much because muscle will just form under the fat. Try running or walking every day for a LEAST an hour. And eat healthy~



well r u a boy or a girl?? if your a boy then you r a perfect weight cuz my brother is stick thin and he weighs 142. but if ur a girl it all depends on your height. but if u do think u r on the thick side then workout al least an hour a day for 45 minutes and put a lot of fruits and vegetables and protein into your diet such as shrimp, tuna, skinless chicken, salmon, etc.
