Question: How do I lose weight? Please help?
I want to lose the weight that I've gained over the winter. I used to be really skinny but I've put on some weight just in the past couple of months :/
I'm 5' 7" and I weigh 145 lbs
My waist is 30 inches (when I suck in) but I'd like to get to 24 inches
Every day I try to run or quickly walk at least 2 miles on the treadmill
How many calories should I be eating? Any tips for cutting down fat?

As a rule, you shouldn't go under 1200 calories, or your body goes into starvation mode, and holds onto everything you put in it. I'd say anywhere between 1200 and 1500 calories is perfect. On the days you workout harder, you can allow yourself to eat more too. good luck!

You want to lose your over weight which is good things. My suggestions are to get fit body for you. Because all the girls want good structure. please u should not walk for two miles which is unworthfull. I hope that do you about yougasana. The yoga says if any one do suryanamaskar their body will be fit and good structure. There are so many excerise in the world. But i recommend to do suryanamasakar instead of doing anything you shall do it which should help in your life. You must do it in the early morning after finishing aablution, The book says there are12 stages. First u do three steps for one weeks, the second week next three steps, like that it should go. You should not wear heavy cloth and open place like a room, air should go out and in. Each and every day you can increase the excrise. Not to do with boys . The book is available in the shops. If u have any doubt plese ask me.
