For a woman, it is a bit over weight. The only woman that height and that weight that looked normal are MMA fighters such as Gina Carano and Cris Santos. Unless u are built like those MMA female fighters, then yes, u are a bit over weight. 5'7 125-130 would be ideal weight for u.
