Question: When dieting, do you do this?
Sometimes, after a week or so on a diet, and im home alone (i'm young) i'll just go absolutely CRAZY with eating. I'll start off well, with a healthy breakfast and such, but then i decided to have one tiny snack, like graham crackers, and i feel as if i've blown my diet so i might as well keep going. After i start snacking i CAN NOT stop! On days like this, i on average, gain 3 pounds in one day!! so i have two questions, 1.) Is there anyone else out there like this??? 2.) How do i stop it? How can i let myself enjoy A snack and call it good?

Uh...yes. All the time. *blush*

Unfortunately, it's YOU that makes you eat, and it has to be YOU that has to tell you to stop. Self control is hard (especially for the first couple of weeks)...but it does get easier.

What exactly are your so-called diets?
Because I feel like you're not eating enough which is why you lose control.
