Question: How do i get abs and lose weight fast?
I'm 13 100 pounds and 4 ft 10 and I really want abs I diet and do about 180 crunches everyday and play baketball about an hour and a half and walk a mile sometimes how long until I lose about 15 pounds and see abs?? Plzz tell me with details

Spend more time walking and running than doing crunches. Really, the crunches are a total waste of time. You need to lower your total body fat percentage before you can even see your abs. So don't waste time worrying about "crunches".

I'm up to 42 minutes of jogging about 3-4 times a week and have lost about 20 pounds. And I'm seeing my abs. No "crunches".



If you keep this up you will see abs in about maybe 2-3 months also if you want abs you should do more than just crunches there are a lot more ab workouts you can do find some on the internet remember that good jogging is the best exercise to loose weight.
