Please help! Diet & exercise question?!

Question: Please help! Diet & exercise question?
Well let me first say, I'm 14, 4'11" in a half, & weigh 107 pounds.
Because I'm this short, I'm starting to realize that I'm starting to get chubby.
I have no muscle in my legs at all. My stomach needs work, along with my very flabby arms.

As for my diet, it sucks. All I eat is carbs carbs carbs and junk food! I have a problem with alot of foods though because I am a very picky eater! I really want to get a good idea for breakfast, lunch, dinner, but I've heard it's all in the small meals during the day, but what classifies as a small meal? Because I'm in school 8-3, so its hard to get real food in my diet there.

Also, as for exercise, I don't really get much. I say its because I am absolutely HORRIBLE at sports. (But I do have dance classes once a week, every week, for an hour. I also dance just everyday in my room but not like hardcore.)

Now, this is where you come in. If someone could PLEASE help me with a diet and exercise plan, that be sooooo helpful and I'll give you the 10 points for best answer(: Summer's just around the corner and I need a few pounds off and a little muscle on(:
Thank you!!!! (:
