How do you stop cigarette cravings?!
Question: How do you stop cigarette cravings?
Answers:
Always have a pen or pencil handy for when your hands get bored.
Take up a new hobby, maybe something more outdoorsy or something you could not have done while smoking. A new hobby will take your mind off the smoking, maybe something like rock climbing. Chew gum a lot too.
I smoked 2 packs of the nastiest kind of cigs in a day... the next day, I felt so sick and grossed out by the thought of smoking, that I stopped. It's been 2 months now :) and still don't get any cravings. only a little bit when i see someone else smokes, but it doesn't bother me.

i haven't smoked a cigarette in 3 years and still get cravings.
Cinnamon Gum..cinnamon toothpaste...cinnamon candy...it seems to satisfy the endorphins...
Instead of having a cigarette, why not try having a cup of tea or something. That's what I'm trying to do. Good luck!!!
There is nothing, to stop the craving. Just will power.
I chew bubblegum. Have a cup of coffee. Chew more gum. It's been 6 months since my last cig.
