Does sweating more really make you lose more weight? Where are the actual studie!

Question: Does sweating more really make you lose more weight? Where are the actual studies?
OK... so some people say no because it just burns water weight, some people say yes because after a certain temperature fat become water soluble and you sweat it out. How can I find out which one is true? Are there any actual studies done on it or do people just guess?

Answers:

Fat is NEVER soluble in water. Try boiling water and then add any fat and you will see fat does not breakdown at boiling point of water. Ask yourself, is your body going to reach the boiling point of water by exercising?

Fat is not soluble in water at ANY temperature.

It can cause you to lose weight, but it's unhealthy to not put water back into your body.

Sweat is your body's cooling mechanism...it has nothing to do directly with fat loss...
