Should I go on a diet?!


Question: Should I go on a diet?
My parents, sister, brother, grandparents, aunts, uncles, family friends all love food. Practically anyone that I know of who is from where I am loves food. Food is a part of my culture. I'm not exactly stick thin, I don't have a slim body, but the thing is I'm not fat. My waist measurement is 30 but my butt measurement is 37. I have a D cup and I'm only 14, but that's what I inherited from my mum's side. My family tend to love cooking and they tend to eat a lot. I'm only 5'3 tall so is it a problem that I weigh 140lbs?

Another problem is that the food that my family cook tastes incredible so it's so hard not to want more :( Should I go on a diet?

Answers:

No! You don't need a diet. I know family's that love food & there's nothing wrong with it at all! From what you wrote, you seem to have a healthy, nicely curved body. Enjoy the food and rock your curves!



I don't think you need to diet, Just excercise and eat what you want for now. Or just eat but eat a smaller amount. The Key is Excercise and Portion control.
