Building Bicep Muscle?!


Question: Building Bicep Muscle?
My biceps are much bigger than the average persons.
I do a very intense bicep workout every 2 days in the night exactly before i go to sleep I just want to know if im giving the correct amount of time for my Bicep to recover.I feel just fine.I don't feel any pain near the bicep area?
Don't talk about protein I know alot about protein anway.
Please tell me any tricks to do during bicep exercises to increase tension on the bicep and if you go to the gym very often tell me a good bicep training routine.
I think I have hit a plateau if i did tell me an easy way to break it?

Hey. Well make sure you are increasing weight. Also increase the amount of reps you are doing and then amount of sets you are doing. Do tricep workouts to as it will make your upper arm look bigger.
