Question: If I'm trying to lose weight and belly fat, will this effect..?
I am 15 years old, 5'3 and 113-114 pounds. I'm planning to exercise every day or 5-6 days a week for an hour or two. I want to lose inches as well as some weight. I eat healthy, but sometimes, in school, there's absolutely no healthy food for breakfast. There would be white bread and cheese. I have some but I only eat half of the sandwich. There are days though where they have brown bread. Will eating white bread affect much? Even if it wasn't the whole thing?

Answers:

Nope, every now and then some white bread won't be an influence, I would say eat a whole sandwich of white-bread too though, because when you exercise a lot, you want to keep your energy intake going, in a sure, and steady manner, that'll let your body, be as efficient as possible.
